Our brand-new over the water villas are designed for an incredibly romantic and relaxing stay in Margaret River. These villas sure do deliver on the wow factor, and it all starts from the moment you open your front door and see the stunning lake and forest views.
The interiors are styled to create a luxurious and calm atmosphere that invites you to slow down and enjoy your time together. The living area includes a leather lounge, coffee table, books, games, TV and an oversized plush armchair. The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need to be self-sufficient during your stay, including dish drawer, coffee machine, microwave oven, stove top and small fridge/freezer. Complimentary wine, freshly ground coffee, milk and organic loose tea are all there for you to enjoy during your stay.
Towards the rear of the villa is your raised bedroom area featuring king bed, walk-in robe and of course that stunning double-sided wood fireplace. Lying in bed enjoy the views of the lake, fire or even watch TV, which is attached to a movable arm mount.
The bathroom is another stunning area of these beautiful villas, and any lover of a bath is going to be heading straight to this room. Lighting, high-end products and design have all come together to create a stylish and inviting bathroom. The highlight will be found at the far end, a beautiful free-standing stone bath perfectly positioned by the window overlooking the lake. Not a fan of a bath? That’s okay, there’s a large rainwater shower with this same incredible view.
Finally, step out on your expansive private deck and be embraced by the soothing sounds and sights of the lake and forest. This incredibly engineered masterpiece is cantilevered out over the water and will have you feeling completely immersed with nature. The angled sides of the balcony provides complete privacy and the glass balustrades ensures your view will never be obstructed. This deck will likely be where you spend most of your time, sipping coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise over the water or curling up together in the oversized lounges and enjoying local wine.
