Welcome to Edge Luxury Villas, a brand-new couple's retreat nestled in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region

Featuring four individual, self-contained villas cantilevered over a stunning lake. Each villa accommodates just two adults and includes kitchen, lounge, woodfire, king bed, spacious bathroom, freestanding bath and a large private deck. Complimentary local wine, coffee (coffee machine), organic tea and bathroom products are provided.

Edge Luxury Villas are purpose built for the ultimate couple’s retreat in Margaret River. Every part of the villa design ensures ultimate privacy, from the incredibly insulated walls, views to nature not neighbours, double-glazed windows, high quality building products, enclosed deck with angled walls, privacy sheers and blinds. From the moment guests enter their accommodation they will experience a sense of complete peacefulness and seclusion.

A photographer's delight: While guests can enjoy all the luxuries their villa has to offer, they can also explore the property. Take a walk through the 20-acre old growth forest and spot native wildlife, including Red-tailed Black Cockatoo, kangaroo, quenda and the critically endangered Western Ring-tail Possum. Come Springtime, enjoy the wonderful sights of colourful orchids covering the forest floor. With very little light pollution Edge boasts amazing star covered skies, turn off the lights and look up.

A swim in the pristine lake is a must! Enjoy a picnic on the edge of the lake or head over to the island via the single arched bridge.

Edge Luxury Villas is located in Wilyabrup, where some of the world’s greatest Chardonnays and Cabernets are crafted. The first commercial grapevine plantings by Vasse Felix were planted here in Wilyabrup, followed by Cullen, Woodlands and Moss Wood. These wineries are all within a few kilometers of Edge Luxury Villas, making it an ideal location for guests to explore the Margaret River Wine Region.

Where to begin! Scott and I had the most amazing stay with Clare and Cameron and are counting down to when we can get back! The accommodation is even better than pictured, the gorgeous villas are brand new and purpose built for your relaxation.
