Vineyard’s Edge Premium Villa at Edge Luxury Villas is the epitome of luxury accommodation in Margaret River. The expansive, single-level retreat boasts an impressive 102 square meters of living space.

  • The largest of all the villas includes immaculate interiors with high-end finishes throughout. This single level villa allows for extra space, views of both the lake and vineyard.

  • Designed for privacy, the villas and deck feature acoustic insulation and angled sides, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed retreat.

  • Large 2-person bath, extra-large towels, electric privacy blind, Nood Co basin, toilet, hairdryer, eco-friendly products, and a refreshing rainwater shower. Stylish aged brass handrails at the toilet, bath and shower area. Shower includes folding chair, overhead rainwater and handheld showerheads. This is the only villa to have the larger 2-person bath, villas 2-4 feature large 1-person bath.

  • The largest private deck of all the villas. Cantilevered over the lake, complete with glass balustrades for unobstructed views, oversized plush chairs, table and two-person hammock. Binoculars are provided for fantastic wildlife watching from your balcony.

  • For our guests driving electric vehicles, we're excited to announce two new EV charging bays, reserved just for Edge guests. An Exploren account will be needed before charging your EV.

FAQs

  • Check-in 2pm and check-out 10am

  • The villas were purpose build and designed for privacy. All windows face either the lake/forest or are very high, views of nature and not your neighbours! High-quality building products were carefully chosen, double-glazed glass, the walls are 30% thicker than standard and are filled with acoustic insulation, including the deck sides. The private outside deck area features angled sides making it physically impossible to look towards other villas. Guest feedback on the quietness experienced has been extremely positive and we recommend reading Google reviews and testimonials on our website. These villas won four Master Builder Awards and we are very proud of them.

  • We keep to the local burning restrictions which are not set to a date, but rather the environment. In 2024 the fire season began May 1st but will likely be different in 2025.

    If there is wood provided in your wood basket and the fire is set for you, then you may burn. Wood only supplied by us can be used. Other wood can cause excess cleaning due to too much moisture, sap, wrong wood type for the fireplace and create a nasty smell in your villa.

  • The villas are brand new and we welcomed our first guests at the end of December 2023.

  • Edge Luxury Villas are for adults-only due to water safety, insurance and other guests completely switching off to enjoy their relaxing holiday.

  • Each villa can accommodate just two adults, meaning a maximum of 8 guests only will be at the property, keeping numbers low. No visitors are permitted on the property. Our council approval and insurance indicates 8 persons only.

  • We are located 2.5 hours south of Perth, in the incredible Wilyabrup area, the centre of the Margaret River Wine Region. We are 30 minutes south of Busselton, 25 minutes north of Margaret River town and just 10 minutes to Yallingup. Our closest neighbours include many world-class wineries, exceptional breweries, resturants and a huge number of other attractions. Guests will love our location!

  • Visitors are NOT permitted at the property. The villas are not designed for more than two people. Other guests are here for a quiet secluded holiday experience.

  • Yes, guests are welcome to swim in the lake, but do so knowing there is no lifeguard on duty and swimming is at their own risk. The water is beautiful and refreshing on a hot summer’s day.

  • Our kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to create meals during your stay.

    Two burner stove, microwave oven, mini fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (complimentary freshly ground coffee), kettle, toaster, teapot, organic loose leaf tea, wine glasses and everything else you could need.

  • As most of the restaurants in the area close at 5pm we are limited for nearby dinner choices. The local way is to book yourself in for a long late lunch at a winery and then enjoy crackers, cheese and wine on your villa deck at night. However, if you do want to head out for dinner the closest options are Cape Lodge, Lamonts (Smith’s Beach) or Cowaramup town has a few options.

    Some favourite long lunch options are Clairault Winery, Cullens, Fishbone, Chow’s Table, Amelia Park and Rusticos.

  • Unfortunately, due to council restrictions, we cannot have weddings at the property. Our future plans hope to include small elopement style weddings. Stay tuned for updates in 2024.

  • Not yet, but this is definitely in our future plans.
